Orquesta Típica Silencio

The orchestra of Tango 59° Stockholm City International Festival 2008 is Orquesta Típica Silencio, one of the world's most renowned tango orchestras, and one which always plays in a very danceable fashion. Silencio have received rave reviews wherever they have played, which includes all the important tango festivals in Europe. Their second CD was released last year.

The orquesta, in the version we will experience it, consists of eight musicians:
