Reductions
- All packages include free admission to the Daytime Milongas in the Tango Café (value: 200 SEK (~21 EUR)).
Booking
- Payment is done on-line using safe credit card transactions.
We use PayPal as our designated payment processor: Tango 59° never
sees your credit card details.
- If you sign up as a couple, you must have obtained permission
from the person you are booking as your partner. You must also pay
for both yourself and the partner you book. Your partner will be
notified via e-mail and will receive your telephone number and
e-mail address as a safe-guard.
- If you sign up as a single for a couples event, remember that is is
not possible to specify a partner manually afterwards. Signing
up as a single should be regarded as a last resort.
- If the event is full when you sign up, or if you sign up as a single for a couples event, you will be put on a waiting list. The system will notify you automatically when a place or a partner becomes available. If you are still on the waiting list when the booking period closes on Saturday 2 August, you will be refunded the full amount paid minus an administration fee of 50 SEK.
Cancellation
- Cancellation of individual bookings before the end of the booking
period on Saturday 2 August (regardless of whether
you are on a waiting list or not) incur a cancellation fee of 150
SEK per booking thus cancelled, up to a maximum of 500 SEK.
- Cancellations of all bookings for events on which you have a place,
made after the booking period closes on Saturday 2 August require
written verification from your treating physician. You will be
refunded the full amount minus a cancellation fee of 500 SEK.
- Cancellation of individual bookings after the end of the booking period is not possible, and the amount paid is forfeit.
